This cider vinegar supplement has 120 chewable gummies, with a recommended dosage of 2 gummies per day giving 60 days supply. The gummies come in a large clear supplement container measuring just over 5 inches tall (13.5cm) by 2.75 inches across (7cm). The product is suitable for vegans, made in the UK to GMP standards. The container itself is recyclable (Type 1 PET). The label says that the expiry date is on the base though I could not see that at all (tried multiple lights and took photos under multiple conditions). Normally I would not take a supplement that does not have an expiry date. However with gummies I make an exception. When you open the container, you just get the slightest whiff of cider vinegar but the gummies themselves are very pleasant to chew. Apple cider is widely associated with a range of potential health benefits. I am interested in taking it because of potential benefits in the area of weight loss (I am on a restricted long term diet). Metabolism (my metabolic rate is quite slow), blood sugar (I recently had diabetes which has reversed) and cholesterol (I was on statins though this is being reduced). The product seems priced mid range for this type of supplement. This is an easy to take supplement that doesn’t taste of cider vinegar, which is key for me as I absolutely hate cider vinegar although like its potential benefits.

These red and green Apple Cider Vinegar gummies come tightly packed in a plastic tub. With 120 inside that's a two month supply if taking the recommended two a day. The ingredients and nutritional information are clearly printed on the label. These include sugar and glucose syrup so these gummies aren't as healthy as they could be. However, if the intention is for them to double up as sweets then they certainly do that. The taste and texture is great, soft and chewy with an apple flavour and only just a hint of a vinegar taste. The ingredients at least do include "The Mother" which not all ACV gummies do, so overall I'm very happy with these gummies.

The purported benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) are well documented, so I won't go into any detail about it here. I tried drinking the stuff mixed with water but it was too harsh for me. It's also tastes incredibly acidic so it can't be good for the teeth. These gummies, however, remove that problem straight away. They're tasty, ever so slight tart taste (which I like), and easy to consume. The problem with the things is only eating two, which is the recommended amount. I always want to eat more! I've been taking these for almost a month now and tend to take mine after my morning workout, just before my first protein shake. I don't suffer with high blood sugar so can't comment on any effects either way, but they don't do a lot to curb my appetite. Maybe they would if I ate more. However, they do do seem to help with fatigue and I'm not nodding at my desk by lunchtime, like I was before I started on these. One major benefit I have found since I've started the ACV gummies is that my heartburn has all but disappeared. Apparently, ACV can help with excess acid and they certainly seem to be working on that score for me. I like these, I like them a lot, and I think I'm going to buy another tub. I would recommend ACV gummies if you want ACV in your diet but don't want to worry about melting your teeth.
