Orders & Delivery

How much is delivery?

We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders, regardless of size or value. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm or over the weekend are dispatched the next working day.

How long does delivery take?

Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. Please allow additional time during peak periods or postal delays.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

What happens if I’m not home when delivery is attempted?

Royal Mail may deliver through your letterbox where possible or leave a calling card with instructions to arrange redelivery or collection from your local depot. Some products are packaged to fit through standard letterboxes where possible.

My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check with household members or neighbours and check for a Royal Mail calling card. If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us at info@supplementswise.com quoting your order number and we will investigate promptly.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes, we accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of receipt. Products must be unopened, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Please email info@supplementswise.com to initiate a return.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If your item is damaged, faulty or not as ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting returned goods. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely at checkout.

Is your website secure?

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption, ensuring that all payment and personal data is transmitted securely. We do not store your credit or debit card details.
