Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Supplements Wise Ltd. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains when you’re eligible for a refund or return, and how the process works.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Unopened & Unused Products

You may return items that are still in their original, unopened condition within 30 days of the date you received your order for a full refund. The products must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In their original packaging

  • In a condition suitable for resale

Refunds are issued once the returned items have been received and inspected.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or not as ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will request:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item and its packaging

Once confirmed, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.

 

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at: info@supplementswise.com

  2. Include your order number, product name(s), and reason for the return.

  3. We will email you the return address and instructions.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Please use a trackable shipping service when returning items.

3. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will process your refund within 7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been issued

Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Perishable goods

Unless they are confirmed damaged or faulty.

 

5. Shipping Costs & Refunds

  • Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Time Limits

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt

  • After 30 days, returns and refunds will not be accepted

7. What if My Refund Doesn’t Arrive?

Refund timelines vary by payment provider.

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation:

  1. Check with your bank or card provider — processing times may differ.

  2. Contact us at info@supplementswise.com with your order number and refund date, and we’ll help track it.
