At Supplements Wise, we aim to provide a simple, reliable delivery service across the United Kingdom.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Orders placed from outside the UK will not be fulfilled.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is:

2:00pm (UK time), Monday to Friday

Orders placed before 2:00pm on a weekday are dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 2:00pm, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Shipping Method

All UK orders are sent using:

Royal Mail 2nd Class

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.

Delivery times are typically:

  • 2–4 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Some Royal Mail services include delivery confirmation.

You can check the status of your item using the tracking reference provided in your dispatch email at:

https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

If your order includes tracking, the reference will be sent to you once your parcel has been dispatched.

If Your Order Has Not Arrived

If your order has not been received:

  1. Please allow the full expected delivery timeframe (2–3 working days from dispatch).

  2. Check with household members or neighbours in case the parcel has been accepted on your behalf.

  3. Check any safe places around your delivery address.

If your order still has not arrived, please contact us at: info@supplementswise.com 

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Full delivery address

  • Date of order

We will investigate the delivery with Royal Mail and advise you on the next steps.

If an item is confirmed as lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

Supplements Wise cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided at the time of order.

Delivery Issues or Damaged Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the packaging and item

This helps us resolve the matter quickly.
