These capsules use marine collagen from fish, and add hyaluronic acid, a high 900mcg of biotin, and natural iodine. 60 capsules, a 2-month supply, no sugar.
Collagen Complex Gummies use bovine collagen and add selenium and vitamin A, which brings a nail claim the capsules cannot make. 90 gummies, a 3-month supply, chewable rather than swallowed, and they do contain sugar.
Both work out at about 20p a day.
Does collagen itself have an approved health claim?
No, and we would rather say so plainly. Under UK and EU rules neither collagen nor hyaluronic acid carries an authorised health claim, so we cannot tell you what they do for your skin.

The two come from different sources. Marine collagen is derived from fish and is predominantly type I, the type most abundant in skin. Bovine collagen is derived from cattle and provides types I and III.
This product uses hydrolysed marine collagen, which means the protein has been broken into shorter chains. If you avoid fish, our gummies use bovine collagen instead.
What is hyaluronic acid doing in here?
Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in skin and connective tissue, and it is a common ingredient in premium skincare. Each capsule provides 50mg.
